Privacy Policy for DidItLog
Last Updated: March 06, 2026
At DidItLog, we believe your personal activities, tasks, and habits are your own business. We have designed our app from the ground up to protect your privacy. This policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and how it is protected.
1. Information We Do Not Collect
We do not require you to create an account, nor do we collect, store, or transmit your personal data to our own servers.
- We do not have access to your tasks, logs, notes, or history.
- We do not collect personal identifiers like your name, email address, or phone number.
- We do not use third-party tracking or advertising SDKs to monitor your behavior.
2. Where Your Data is Stored (iCloud Sync)
All the data you enter into DidIt Log is stored locally in a secure sandbox on your Apple device.
If you are signed into an Apple ID with iCloud enabled, the app automatically syncs your data across your devices using Apple’s iCloud (CloudKit).
- Your data is synced to your private iCloud database.
- This connection is end-to-end secured by Apple.
- We (the developers of DidIt Log) cannot view, access, or share this data. It remains strictly between you, your devices, and Apple.
3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
DidIt Log offers a premium subscription ("DidItLog Pro"). All transactions, payments, and subscription renewals are handled entirely by Apple via the App Store.
- We do not collect or have access to your credit card information, billing address, or payment details.
- Apple provides our app with an anonymous receipt strictly to verify your purchase and unlock the Pro features on your device.
4. Analytics and Crash Reports
We do not use third-party analytics services (like Google Analytics or Mixpanel). We only receive anonymous crash reports and basic app usage metrics if you have actively opted-in to share this information with developers through your iOS device settings. This data contains no personally identifiable information and is used strictly to fix bugs and improve the app.
5. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as we add new features. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Because we do not collect your email address, we encourage you to review this policy periodically.
